I have been learning so much about relationships and media and finally getting to understand.

We become to rapped up in TV shows that in my normal conversation I begin to get the two confused (not literally) but my friends and I talk about the characters like they are real, here with us.

Glee is so addicting and drama filled. Grey's Anatomy is my relationship center with hook ups and break ups. And Parenthood helps me see why my parents did some pretty weird stuff and acted how they did when I messed up. It's good practice for the future (I hope).

Sometimes I think I substitute many of my relationships for my TV ones. Its just easier than getting up and trying! College has made me lazy on my downtime but I have a new motto: You can sleep when you die.

And I am going to hold to this because I need to live a little instead of letting my days pass me by. Relationships and Networking are everything! Right?

1oK Carnival this Sunday

Hey Hey Volunteers!

I just want to thank all of you that were able to make it to our concert last night - we all took down the Main Lounge with DJ Earworm with plenty of style and swag! For those that were unable to make it, you missed a GREAT show! But the concert was not the only reward that we have for you all this year!

This Sunday, April 17th, we have our first annual carnival which will be held inside of Hubbard Park from noon-4pm!

The carnival will also be open to the general public. FREE games and activities will be provided -- featuring a 40 foot inflatable obstacle course, an inflatable bungee run, plinko, putt golf, and NUMEROUS other activities (as well as prizes to win!!) -- but volunteers will still get the VIP treatment with full, free access and additional prizes!!!

But that's not all.....FOOD WILL BE AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE!!!

So come one, come all, to our last celebration of the year for 10K8!! Again, this is something that you do not want to miss out on!!!!
